Task initiation
Train the ability to start.
Not motivation. Not discipline. The specific gap between deciding to do something and actually beginning it.
StartTwo minutes to measure yours. No account needed to begin.
How it works
1. Measure how long you wait
Three questions about the gap between deciding and starting. You get a number in minutes.
2. Train for 7 days
One exercise a day, two to four minutes. Each is a behavioural experiment, not a lesson — you run it on a task you are actually avoiding.
3. Measure again
The same three questions. If the number did not move, it says so and asks what got in the way.
The measurement is your own estimate — a browser cannot see when you really started working. That makes it weak in absolute terms, but before and after ask the identical question, so the change between them is the part worth reading.
