The report I got listed suggested careers for my type and a couple of them are things I have actually considered. How much weight should I put on that list?

I interview badly but I am good at the actual job. Is there anything I can do about that?
Three final rounds, no offers. The feedback is always vague — culture fit, or they went with someone stronger. In the job itself I have consistently good reviews.
